These terms govern your use of pcpoint.ge and any purchase from PC Point. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products & pricing
Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and include VAT where applicable. We work to keep product details, availability and prices accurate, but errors can occur — we may correct them and, where necessary, cancel an affected order with a full refund.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed once we accept it and, for card orders, payment is authorised. We accept card payment and cash on delivery.

Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no fraudulent or resale-only orders without agreement.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, PC Point is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
