When you shop or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide support, send order updates and password resets, and to run and improve the store. We do not sell your personal data.

We use a small number of essential cookies for your session, cart and language preference. These are required for the site to function and are not used for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services needed to run the store — our payment provider, delivery couriers, our email provider and our hosting provider — and only the minimum each needs to do its job.
